refunds & returns policy

  1. You may ask for a refund or exchange if a hamper has a major problem or is significantly different to what you asked for, this is as per Australian Consumer Law.

  2. We do not offer change of mind refunds/returns, please choose carefully. 

  3.  As per our terms and conditions, if we run out of stock of any item within the hampers, we will replace it without notice for a similar item of equal or greater value. We will not provide any compensation (refund or credit) for swapped products.

  4. Please note whilst we will do our best to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner, we will not provide compensation for deliveries not made on the expected date, or for any deliveries taken to a Post Office or similar collection location.

  5. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details provided are correct, including shipping/delivery address. If an item is taken to the wrong address due to incorrect information we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

damage policy

  1. Unfortunately accidents do happen and in a situation where an item within a hamper has been damaged in transit we will replace the damaged item or provide a refund, if in accordance with this Refunds & Returns Policy. If we no longer have this item in stock we will send an item of agreed alternative equal value.

  2. We reserve the right to assess the condition of a damaged item prior to offering a replacement.

returns procedure

  1. Due to the perishable nature of the items in the hampers a claim must be made WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING the hamper. Delayed claims for a refund or exchange may lead to your request for an exchange or refund being rejected.

  2. Contact us via our ‘contact us’ page if you need an exchange or refund for an item. Please provide as much information as possible including your full name, order number, reason for exchange/refund and any relevant photographs attached. We will endeavour to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

  3. Upon receipt of the item/s, we will inspect them and if they are returned in accordance with this Refunds & Returns Policy and we are satisfied that you are entitled to a refund or exchange, we will issue you with a refund or exchange.

  4. If we deem the product to be damaged or faulty then there will be no additional shipping charges for resending an item.
